Assistant Controller
Financial Additions is assisting an exciting and growing company in Memphis, TN with an Assistant Controller position. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of accounting experience in a multi-entity environment.
This position is in office and offers growth and flexibility.
What you will do:
- Financial Oversight for multiple operating companies in the service industry
- Manage the month-end close process and prepare consolidated report packages
- Perform variance analysis
- Assist with the purchase of new acquisitions
- Support the team with the integration of new acquisitions
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with Audit preparation
- Partner with operations team on forecasting and budgeting
What qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelors Degree Accounting required
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- CPA or Actively pursuing preferred
- Public Accounting background helpful
- Multi-entity accounting
- Consolidations experience helpful
