What you will do:
Oversee day to day month end accounting functions for multiple funds, including GL activity, expense processing and maintenance of the accounting system.
Review of fund NAV deliverables
Review calculations of management fees, incentive/performance fees and others
Manage external audit process
Mange tax compliance on K-1 preparation
What qualifications you will bring:
Bachelors Degree Required
CPA required
5+ years accounting within a hedge fund, asset management or investment company
