Financial Additions is assisting an industry leader in search of a Sr. Administrative Assistant.
This is a hybrid role located near downtown Dallas and staff must be willing to come into the office 2-3 days a week.

 Responsibilities will include:
  • Types, formats, and produces documents such as proposals, presentations, correspondence, and standard reports.  Establishes and maintains record keeping and filing systems.
  • Maintains calendar and contact database, schedules appointments, completes travel or conference arrangements and may arrange meetings and conferences for an assigned work group.
  • Conducting research, updating databases, and preparing collateral materials for mass mailings.
  • Streamlining of reporting for the Division/Business units (e.g., formatting/design of Governance, client facing reports) increasing efficiencies across the SLT
  • Clear, consistent communication/messaging for the Division through BUL All hands calls, newsletters, bulletins etc
  • Celebrating success e.g., Exceptional awards celebrations, certificates, reward, and recognition
  • Future talent engaging with local community's/schools and hosting future talent events – Corporate social responsibility strategy.
Background should include:
  • High School Diploma / GED and 6 years of related experience
  • MS Excel (intermediate)
