Job Description

Financial Additions has partnered with a manufacturing company in search of an Administrative Assistant. This position is in the office daily and is contract to hire.

Responsibilities include:
  • Greeting and assisting visitors.
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
  • Receive, sort and distribute the mail
  • Back-up to CSR Any other duties assigned by Plant Manager.
  • Filing, scanning, invoicing, order entry, etc.
  • Handling incoming calls and checking incoming deliveries.
 
Background should include:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.  
  • Must work well in fast paced environment and be ok with being in the office daily.
