Job Description

Financial Additions has a great temp-to-hire Administrative Assistant position at an oil & gas company in north Dallas.   This in an onsite position and requires someone with 2-4 years of administrative experience.

Responsibilities include:
  • Administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination. preparation of time sheets and expense reports, answer phones, and assist with presentations.
  • Prepare daily/monthly reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of department budgets and forecasts.
  • Act as liaison for inter-departmental requests
  • Code Invoices for approval.
  • Manage mail (internal and external) and provide backup for receptionist.
Requirements include: 
  • 2-4 years in administrative role.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Experience using SharePoint or SAP a plus.
  • Experience in oil & gas industry highly desired.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Organized and professional demeanor.
  • Some college or degree preferred.  High school graduate required.
