Financial Additions is searching for a strong administrative professional with solid Accounts Payable experience for a hybrid role in downtown Dallas. Great company and leadership team!
Responsibilities include:
Manage multiple inboxes and respond to inquiries
Code, route, and process invoices
Set up and maintain vendor information - research discrepancies, reconcile statements monthly, follow-up as needed on payment status
Administrative duties (scan, organize and digitize documents, answer phone, manage mail, calendar, etc).
Qualfications incude:
2-4 years in Accounts Payable/Accounting Assistant that also provided administrative support
Experience with ERP systems (Quorum a big plus)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills and comfortable handling phone calls and in-person interactions
