Financial Additions is searching for a sharp and high-energy admin/bookkeeper for a position in north Dallas. This is for a prestigious family office that runs multiple companies.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with executives to ensure monthly reports/summaries, and investment analysis are completed on time.
- Manage cash input for multiple investments
- Provide bookkeeping and administrative assistance for three entities
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree - any major, but preferably one that required an accounting, finance. or economics class(es)
- 3+ years of experience in office environment (college internship acceptable)
- Professional demeanor, proficiency using Microsoft Office, and tech savvy/learns new software easily
- Analytical thinker with great communication skills
