Job Description

Financial Additions has partnered with a restaurant supply company in San Diego, CA in search of an AR Specialist for a long-term contract role.    This is an onsite position with a quick interview and start date!  
responsibilities include:  
  • Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and reconcile customer accounts as needed.
  • Process credit applications, credit reference checks, review credit holds and approve shipments of orders.
  • Generate various month-end reports.
  • Process general ledger adjustments and customer refund checks
  • Research and resolve customer disputes.
Qualifications include:
  • 1 – 2 years of commercial credit and collections experience
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent communicator
  • Knowledge of AS400, GlobalEdge, and Navision is a plus.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • High School diploma - some college a plus
