Job Description


Financial Additions is searching for an experienced Accounts Receivable/Chargeback Speciailist for a 3+ month contract role in Los Colinas, TX.  This is an in-office position and company is ready to interview and hire quickly!  

Responsibilities include:
  • Ensure timely billing, collection, and posting of payment 
  • Process offsets and adjustments as requested
  • Reivew chargeback claims - if disputeable, make claim within 3 days
  • Work and follow-up with sales department on escalated issues preventing payment
  • Create credit memos

Qualifications include:
  • 2+ years in AR role that includes billing, collections, payment posting, chargebacks, and credit memos
  • Retail industry experience a plus
  • Proficiency using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated and comfortable speaking on the phone and emailing customers
  • College degreed preferred but will consider with some college, or proven on-the-job experience.
