Job Description

Financial Additions has a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to work at a well-respected and established company on the west side of downtown Dallas.  This is an in-office position that offers a strong compensation package.

Responsibilities include:
  • Mail invoices and statements; process credit card and post payments daily for assigned portfolio
  • Set up and maintain new account information in database 
  • Assist with credit application and credit reviews
  • Reconcile credit card reports monthly
  • Manage communication on shorty pays, past due reminders, and final demand letters
  • Act as backup for Credit Manager as needed
Qualifications include:
  • 2-4 years in fast-paced AR department 
  • Experience with full cycle AR duties including posting payments, collections, invoicing/billing, credit reviews
  • Comfortable communicating on phone and in writing
  • Multi-tasker that can meet deadlines and prioritize workload
  • Good proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Professional in demeanor and dress
  • High School diploma required, some college a plus
