Job Description

Financial Additions is searching for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist for a great HYBRID, contract-to-hire position in Los Colinas. Company is growing and ready to add to their AR/Credit team!  
Responsibilities include:
  • Send customer statements and make collection calls as needed
  • Assist with month-end activities and year-end close process
  • Cash Receipts Application
  • Lien Notice of Intent Administration
  • Customer account reconciliation and update customer information as needed
  • Collect and maintain sales tax exemption certificates
  • Assistance with  Billing /Accounts Payable as requested
Qualifications include:
  • 3+ years of full cycle AR including including cash application, collections, and account reconciliations 
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel 
  • Experience using Great Plains a plus
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude, detailed, with excellent organizational skills
  • High School graduate - some college a plus
