Job Description

Financial Additions is searching for an Accounts Payable Lead with supervisory experience for a contract-to-hire position in Lewisville.  Great company with lots of growth opportunities!  

Responsibilities include:
  • Supervise and train  AP staff (2-4 clerks)
  • Full cycle AP  (entering invoices, 3-way match)
  • Dealing with exceptions
  • Ensure timely payments for discounts
  • Reconciliations and assist with month-end close as needed
Requirements include:
  • 2+ years supervising AP staff
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Tech-savvy - easily learns new software
  • Strong communicator and leadership skills
  • Analytical and good problem-solver
