Job Description


Financial Additions is searching for an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist with high-volume, full cycle processing experience.  This is an onsite position in Los Colinas with a growing e-commerce company.  

Duties include:
  • Full-cycle AP processing of invoices
  • Full cycle AR (billing, cash posting, collections)
  • Responsible for data entry, filing, scanning and document storage of invoices
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements include:
  • 2+ years of high volume, fast-paced AP/AR experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accuracy and proactive in solving problems
  • Solid work ethic, and an independent worker who maintains confidentiality
  • Tech-savvy and proficiency working in Excel (basic-intermediate skills)
  • High school diploma, college and/or certifications a plus
