Job Description

Financial Additions has a great opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist with Dynamics 365 experience.  This is a permanent, onsite position located near Irving.  

Duties include:
  • Review, code and process invoices and expense reports
  • Scan and maintain AP files
  • Research and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies
  • Reconciliation of payment to invoice daily and document bank deposit
  • Billing
  • Other duties or projects as assigned
Requirements include:
  • 2+ years in AP Specialist role, working in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide excellent customer service 
  • D365 experience highly preferred
  • Solid proficiency using Microsoft Office programs
  • Team-oriented and easy to work with
  • High school diploma - some college a plus
