Job Description

Financial Additions is searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist with experience working in a fast-paced environment.  This is 4-6 month contract role that is onsite near Carrollton.  Quick interview and hire!

Responsibilities include:
  • Process invoices and weekly check runs
  • Provide vendor set up and support 
  • Reconcile statements
  • Upload and maintain electronic files
Requirements include:
  • 2+ years in Account Payable role
  • Picks up software quickly and accurate data entry skills
  • Dependable with good communication skill
  • High School graduate - some college a plus
