Job Description
Financial Additions is searching for a contract-to-hire Accounts Payable Processor for a large company located in north Dallas. This is an onsite position and requires 2-4 years of high-volume AP and SAP experience. Respnsibilites include:
Review and process 700-800 non-PO / PO invoices per week (3-way match, batch, and code)
Review documentation and approval prior to payment, and process payments
Reconcile vendor statements and correct discrepancies
Ensure account payments are up to date
Maintain files and documentation
Assist in month end closing and audit requests
Handle AP inquiriies - both phone and email
1099 processing
Qualifications include:
2-4 years of AP full-cycle processing both PO and non-PO invoices in high-volume environment using SAP
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
Proficiency using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Organzied, self-starter, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional communication skills
Some college a plus; high scholl graudate required
