Job Description

Financial Additions is searching for an Accounts Payable Manager for a 3+ month contract assignment in downtown Dallas.   GREAT company that is ready to bring in contractor quickly!
Responsibilities include:
  • Manage team or 6 (4 onsite, 2 offshore)
  • Approve invoices, evaluate processes, and assist in AP backlog
  • Ensure accurate and on time invoice processing and check runs 
  • Provide leadership on account discrepancies as requested.
  • Review KPI's weekly
Requirements include:
  • 3+ years in AP Manager role that included supervising AP team 
  • Large ERP experience, preferably Yardi
  • Solid Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytical, detailed, and enjoys working in fast-paced/high volume environment
  • Some college preferred
