Job Description


Financial Additions is searching for a sharp AP Inquiry specialist with 1099 and SAP experience for long-term contract position at an energy company in north Dallas.  This is an onsite role working in a fast-paced department.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Research and resolve high volume inquires from phone, fax, emails in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and have strong "people skills"
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Assist with vendor setup and maintenance
  • Process 1099's
  • Support processing teams as needed
  • Work closely with other departments/divisions to maintain and increase process efficiency

Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience working as an  AP Specialist (including 1099 processing)
  • SAP and Remedy knowledge preferred
  • Strong Accounts Payable processing background (PO and Non-PO)
  • Good analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel desired
  • Bilingual a plus
  • High School diploma required, some college a plus
