Job Description

Financial Additions has a great opportunity for an experienced and dependable Accounts Payable Coordinator for a long term contract position (with a possibility for permanent employment at end of contract).  This is an onsite position in north Dallas for a large energy company.  
Responsibilities include:
  • High volume processing of domestic and foreign PO's
  • Work with vendors to answer inquiries and resolve discrepancies
  • Proactively look for trends on invoices and vendor inquiries
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • 1099 maintenance
  • Provide audit and month-end support
Qualifications include:
  • 2+ years in fast-paced AP role that processes domestic and foreign PO's
  • Detailed and analytical thinker
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Dependable and punctual 
  • SAP highly preferred; proficiency using Excel VLOOKUPS required
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Professional demeanor and upbeat personality
  • HIgh School diploma, some college a plus
