Job Description

Financial Additions has a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable/Vendor Maintenance Specialist to work for one of the largest healthcare providers in Texas.  This is an in office position located in Frisco.  This position will start as a contract assignment, but will convert to contract-to-hire for the right candidate.  
Responsibilities include:
  • Handle the vendor onboarding process and make updates to vendor records 
  • Assist Accounts Payable managers with AP duties and special projects (such as metering checks)
  • Provide backup for the check writers when requested

Qualifications Include:  
  • 2-3 years accounts payable experience
  • Microsoft Office including intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail - strong data entry skills
  • High school graduate, some college a plus
