Job Description

Financial Additions has a great contract-to-hire opportunity for two staff accountant/accounting specialists for a hybrid position near Addison, TX.  Excellent nationwide retail company with strong leadership and stability - AND they are ready to interview and hire quickly due to growth!
Responsibilities include:
  • Monthly reconciliation of accounts.
  • Manage month-end close on assigned properties/stores (P&L balance sheet and income portfolio).
  • Assist with financial, account, and variance analysis.
  • Provide feedback on financial statement elements to manager.
  • Create purchase orders for property. 
Qualifications include:
  • 2 years of experience in staff/accounting role that included GL, reconcilation, analysis, and month-end close responsibilities.
  • ERP experience (usage of SAP a plus).
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, indexing).
  • Self-starter with solid interpersonal and commuication skills.
  • Highly organized and can handle mulitple projects simultaneously.
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field.
