Job Description

Financial Additions has partnered with a growing company in Grand Prairie searching for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join their growing team! 

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Match AP invoices with PO’s
  • Apply cash receipts to customer accounts
  • Enter AP Invoices
  • Process credit applications
  • Audit payroll for billing errors/ process payroll garnishments
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of related AP, AR, and payroll experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • Must be proficient in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
