Financial Additions is assisting a reputable client in Fort Worth with an Accounting Manager position. The ideal candidate will have a public accounting background, excellent tenure and experience auditing benefits plans. 

This position is in office daily.

What you will do:
  • Administer defined benefit, defined contribution, and non-qualified retirement plans
  • Review and reconcile financial statements, fund reports and benefit related data
  • Coordinate annual plan audits and prepare financial statements
  • Explain complex funding or compliance issues to participants and/or family members
  • Lead and supervise HR Staff
What qualifications you will bring:
  • Bachelors in Accounting
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, including public audit
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Excellent job stability and tenure
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
