Job Description

Financial Additions is searching for an Accounting Manager for a growing service company in Flower Mound. This role will manage a team of accounting professionals and ultimately ensure accuracy, quality and timeliness of the financials. This role will oversee accounting for multiple brands, in addition to the treasury, insurance and cash flow forecasting functions.

Accounting Manager will be responsible for:
  • General Accounting duties including month end close, journal entry preparation/posting, financial statement analysis, and reconciliations
  • Leading the treasury and cash management function, including reconciliations and cash reporting
  • Owns the insurance process with brokers, ensuring claims are filed, insurance renewals, and other insurance related items
  • Trains and supervises accounting staff
  • Coordinates month-end, quarter, and annual close
Accounting Manager background should include:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years full cycle accounting experience
  • Public Accounting or GL experience
  • CPA preferred
  • Supervisory Experience Required
  • Multi-entity, multi-location experience preferred
