Job Description
Financial Additions has a great HYBRID opportunity for an experienced and tech-savvy Accounts Receivable Supervisor near the Lewisville/Denton area. Competitive salary plus bonus and ready to interview!
Responsibilities include:
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise AR team
- Oversee workflow of AR team
- General oversight of AR module in accounting software
- Daily review of all payments received: mail, ACH or credit card transactions
- Review NSF transactions and reach out for reprocessing
- Prepare Aged Receivables report to be discussed in weekly meeting with management
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and assist with annual audit
Qualifications include:
- 4-6 years experience in AR supervisory role
- Thorough understanding of accounting basics
- Multi-location retail experience a plus
- Great leader, communicator and motivator
- Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Excel (sorts, filters, pivot tables, etc.)
- College degree or some college preferred
