Job Description

Financial Additions has a great HYBRID opportunity for an experienced and tech-savvy Accounts Receivable Supervisor near the Lewisville/Denton area.  Competitive salary plus bonus and ready to interview!

Responsibilities include:
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise AR team
  • Oversee workflow of AR team
  • General oversight of AR module in accounting software
  • Daily review of all payments received:  mail, ACH or credit card transactions
  • Review NSF transactions and reach out for reprocessing
  • Prepare Aged Receivables report to be discussed in weekly meeting with management
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations and assist with annual audit
Qualifications include:
  • 4-6 years experience in AR supervisory role
  • Thorough understanding of accounting basics
  • Multi-location retail experience a plus
  • Great leader, communicator and motivator
  • Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Excel  (sorts, filters, pivot tables, etc.)
  • College degree or some college preferred
