Job Description


Financial Additions is searching for an experienced, well-rounded  AR Specialist for a growing and fast-paced commercial real-estate company in Dallas.  This is a direct-hire (not contract!), hybrid position (after training is completed).

Duties include:  
  • Cash application using lockbox.
  • Business-to-Business collections
  • Handle billing inquiries from vendors
  • Pull aging reports and distribute as required
  • Reconcile accounts and various journal entries 

Requirements include:
  • 3+ years in AR position that handled collections, cash app, aging reports, etc.
  • Analytical and understands how AR affects the GL
  • Dependable and self-motivated
  • Strong computer skills and can easily pick up new software
  • High school graduate; some college a plus
