Job Description
Financial Additions is searching for an experienced, well-rounded AR Specialist for a growing and fast-paced commercial real-estate company in Dallas. This is a direct-hire (not contract!), hybrid position (after training is completed).
Duties include:
- Cash application using lockbox.
- Business-to-Business collections
- Handle billing inquiries from vendors
- Pull aging reports and distribute as required
- Reconcile accounts and various journal entries
Requirements include:
- 3+ years in AR position that handled collections, cash app, aging reports, etc.
- Analytical and understands how AR affects the GL
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Strong computer skills and can easily pick up new software
- High school graduate; some college a plus
