Job Description

Financial Additions has a FANTASTIC HYBRID position for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor in Plano, TX.
Responsibilities include:
  • Supervision of 1-3 AP clerks
  • Set up new vendors and maintain vendor database
  • Manage 1099 process and records
  • AP data reporting and maintenance (accrued purchases, uncashed checks,  EDI invoice reporting, etc.)
  • Other AP duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
  • 2+ years in AP supervisory role (that included reports creation)
  • Heavy experience with vendor maintenance and issuance of 1099's
  • Great Plains and strong Excel 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Associates degree or higher a plus
