Job Description


Financial Additions has partnered with a manufacturing company in search of an AP Specialist. This role requires staff to be in the office daily and is contract to hire.

Responsibilities include:
•    Process accounts payable invoices, including inventory, non-inventory, utilities, leases, and other expenses.
•    Execute accounts payable payments for multiple business units across various ERP systems.
•    Manage vendor maintenance in adherence to company policy and procedures.
•    Collaborate with the AP Supervisor on new projects and expansion initiatives for the AP SSC team.
•    Resolve vendor and buyer issues promptly and effectively as they arise.
•    Ensure all work adheres to SOX compliance requirements and internal control procedures.
•    Execute and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
•    Follow established guidelines to maintain strong internal and external control environments.


Qualifications:
•    High School Diploma or GED required.  
•    Intermediate Excel
•    2+ years of high-volume full cycle AP experience, preferably in manufacturing and/or installation/maintenance/repair environment.  
•    Must work well in fast paced environment and ok with being in office daily.
