Job Description

Financial Additions is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with vendor statement reconciliation and strong Excel skills.  This is a mostly-remote position after training.  Applicants must live in the D/FW area and will be willing to go onsite in Irving for training and occasional departmental meetings.  Quick interview and start date!

Responsibilities include:
  • Work closely with assigned vendors to research inquiries and address discrepancies.  
  • Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliation of vendor statements that include account summaries to assess financial risk of account.
  • Process PO and non PO invoices (discount paybacks, vouchers corrections, urgent payments, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:
  • 2+ years of solid AP experience working with vendor management
  • Accurate data entry skills (25 wpm minimal)
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables and VLU) and accounting software required.
  • Great communication skills with customer-focused mindset.
  • Thorough understanding of AP and accounting basics
  • High school diploma; some college a plus
