Financial Additions is assisting a Global Real Estate leader in search of an AP / AR Clerk.  This is an hybrid position.

 AP / AR Clerk responsibilities will include:
  • Providing efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
  • Write routine correspondence. 
  • Convey financial information to non-financial users.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize data and prepare clear and concise reports.
  • Interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Performing clerical accounting procedures requiring familiarity with, and experience in, accounting office practices as well as knowledge of a variety of accounting classifications. 
  • Reconciling records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers. 
  • Maintaining vendor / customer accounts and performs the invoice / billing process.
  • Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
  • Processing transactions such as disbursements, expense vouchers, cash receipts, etc.
  • Entering data into the financial system.
  • Investigating questionable or irreconcilable differences and reports this issue to the appropriate individual.
  • May participate in various accounting projects as needed.
AP / AR Clerk background should include:
  • High School Diploma / GED and 1 year of related experience
  • MS Office (intermediate)
