Job Description

Financial Additions has a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Associate with strong Excel skills.  This is a permanent position that will be remote AFTER 3 weeks of onsite training in Los Colinas.  Chosen candidate must be able to attend every session of onsite training.  There will be occasional onsite meetings that candidate must be willing to attend as well.  

Responsibilities include:
  • Full-cycle, high-volume AP 
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Vendor support and inquiry research
  • Create weekly & monthly reports using Excel (pivot tables and VLU's)
Qualifications include:
  • 2+ years in high-volume, full-cycle AP role
  • Strong Excel proficiency- pivot tables and VLOOKUPs required
  • Statement reconciliation experience
  • Good communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, punctual
  • High school graduate; some college a plus
