Job Description
Financial Additions has a great 3+ month contract opportunity for a Project Coordinator in Tampa! This is an in-office position for a fast-paced and growing company that serves the hospitality industry. Quick interview and hire for right applicant! Military veterans with project coordination experience encouraged to apply!
Responsbilities include:
- Coordinate documentation, timelines, quality, and budgets for assigned projects.
- Prepare and distribute updates and action items as requested by managers.
- Work with other departments as needed on required deliverables.
- Initial point of countact for questions on projects.
- Identify and communicate risks and/or or potential setbacks to project completion.
- Identify and communicate suggested improvements that can keep project timeline and budget intact to managers.
Requirements include:
- 1-2 years in project coordinator role (or similar role in private sector or military experience)
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized with good time management skills
- Detailed, observant, and great commuication skills
- Self-motivated and problem-solving mindset
- Dependable
- High School diploma or GED - some college a plus
