Billing Coordinator
Job Description
Financial Additions has a great contract opportunity for a Billing/Accounts Receivable Specialist with 2-3 years of experience. This is an onsite position for a growing company in Irving. Hours are 8:30-5:30 M-F.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure accurate, timely billing and collection of customer receivables.
- Process invoices within established timelines
- Set up and maintain customer accounts, including billing configurations and requirements.
- Reduce unapplied credits by researching discrepancies, reversing duplicates, and resolving partial balances
- Submit and manage invoices through customer billing portals per client guidelines.
- Generate invoices across multiple ERP systems for affiliated entities.
- Validate billing using Bills of Lading and Proofs of Delivery.
- Work with Cash Application to resolve return and adjustment credits.
Qualifications include:
- 2+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience, in high-volume environment.\Experience handling complex billing scenarios.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization and accuracy.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and handle confidential information professionally.
- College degree or some college preferred
