Job Description

Financial Additions has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Coorindator for a great company near Frisco.  This is an on-site position that offers a good work-life balance and an easy commute for candidates who live in Frisco/The Colony/Lewisville/Carrollton areas!  

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage billing/invoicing
  • Post payments (including credit card payments)
  • Communicate with customers regarding account discrepanices and/or short payments
  • Ensure Excel spreadsheets stay up-to-date 
  • Manage small balance write-offs and lein releases
  • Research work orders

Qualifications include:
  • 3+ years in full-cycle Accounts Receivable position
  • Good Excel and data entry skills
  • Strong numerical and problem-solving aptitude
  • HIghly organized and comfortable working in fast-paced environment
  • Solid communication skills - both written and verbal
  • QuickBooks experience a plus
  • Some college preferred
