Financial Additions is assisting a growing company in Memphis with an Accounts Payable Specialist position. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full cycle accounts payable in a multi-entity environment.

This position is hybrid in Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee AP operations across multiple entities
  • Mentor and train AP staff
  • Monitor AP aging and retention balances
  • Assist with new automation projects and process improvement initiatives as requested

What qualifications you will bring:
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required
  • 5+ years of accounts payable or bookkeeping
  • Experience with AP automation or implementations
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Multi-entity or construction related experience preferred
