Mail Services Clerk
Financial Additions is assisting an established financial services company with a Mail Clerk position in Fort Worth. The ideal candidate brings a background in mail services, high attention to detail and organizational skills and high level of professionalism.
This position is IN OFFICE in Fort Worth.
What you will do:
- Ensure all mail, packages and interoffice correspondence reach their intended recipient.
- Collect, sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail to various departments on multiple floors.
- Document incoming packages
- Track mail room supplies
- Maintain and audit inventory of paper supplies.
What qualifications you will bring:
- High Scholl Diploma Required
- Must have a valid Texas Drivers License
- Ability to use scanners, printers, computers, phones and photocopiers
- Must have a professional appearance and good communication skills
- Prior experience with mail sorting and postage meters highly preferred
