Staff Accountant
Financial Additions is assisting a reputable Family Office/ Investment Firm in Fort Worth with a Staff Accountant position. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of real estate accounting experience, excellent job stability and a bachelors degree.
This position is hybrid and offers great benefits.
Technical Skills you will bring:
- Supports accounting operations for the company's real estate portfolio
- Prepare property-level journal entries, accruals and reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- Maintain accurate general ledger activity across multiple entities
- Record lease-related activity, including rent, CAM and tenant improvements
What qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3+ years full cycle accounting experience within real estate industry
- Experience working with property management or lease accounting systems
- Exposure to ASC842 preferred
- Strong Excel User
