Accounts Receivable Specialist
Financial Additions is assisting a reputable real estate client in Fort Worth with an Accounts Receivable Specialist position. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of AR experience within the real estate or property management industry and excellent job tenure.

What you will do:
Process and prepare miscellaneous and recurring tenant charges.
Run billing reports and reconciliations
Create and distribute tenant invoices, ensuring accuracy
Maintain compliance with lease agreements
Post wire transfers, electronic payments and daily deposits
Assist with month-end close by reconciling AR subledgers balances to the general ledger
Process and post-billing adjustments
Point of contact for tenant billing inquires
Facilitate collections
What qualifications you will bring:
High School Diploma
3+ years accounts receivable experience within real estate or property management accounting
Understanding of lease terms, tenant billing and collections of accounts receivable
