Job Description

Accounts Receivable Specialist
Financial Additions is assisting a reputable real estate client in Fort Worth with an Accounts Receivable Specialist position. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of AR experience within the real estate or property management industry and excellent job tenure.

This position is in office and offers stability and a great company culture.

What you will do:
  • Process and prepare miscellaneous and recurring tenant charges.
  • Run billing reports and reconciliations
  • Create and distribute tenant invoices, ensuring accuracy
  • Maintain compliance with lease agreements
  • Post wire transfers, electronic payments and daily deposits
  • Assist with month-end close by reconciling AR subledgers balances to the general ledger
  • Process and post-billing adjustments
  • Point of contact for tenant billing inquires
  • Facilitate collections  

What qualifications you will bring:
  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years accounts receivable experience within real estate or property management accounting
  • Understanding of lease terms, tenant billing and collections of accounts receivable
