Job Description
Financial Additions is seraching for an AP Vendor Master Data Specialist for a 6+ month contract at a large healthcare organization near Frisco, TX.
Responsibilites include:
- Manage vendor onboarding and updates in master database; collect and valdidate required documents
- Research and work with other departments (Procurement, Finance, Compliance) to resolve vendor-related issues.
- Perform data audits and updates to maintain integrity of vendor master data.
- Support Accounts Payable processes related to vendor management.
Qualifications include:
- 1+ years in Accounts Payable with vendor master data responsibilities
- Oracle ERP
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Knowledge of vendor onboarding and compliance requirements
- High school graduate - some college a plus
