Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Description
Financial Additions had a great contract-to-hire opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist with strong Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUPS). This is a HYBRID role near downtown Dallas.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide prompt and professional communication to clients regarding past due account status, invoice disputes, and client inquiries as needed via telephone, email, or other written correspondence.
- Cash application and post customer payments.
- Creat revenue variance analysis reports for management.
- Liaison for customer inquiries, taking ownership of research and resolving issues.
- Perform account reconciliation.
Qualfications include:
- 2-4 years in AR role that included billing, collections, cash application
- Good understanding of GAAP.
- Professional communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Detailed, organized, and produces accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, strong Excel, and Copilot.)
- Business/accounting degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
