Receptionist
Job Description
Financial Additions is searching for a polished receptionist to greet guests and perform basic admin duties for a growing north Dallas company who is eager to interview and hire!
Responsibilties include:
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ensure front office reception area is neat and organized, ready to receive guests at all times
- Provide office admin support including answering phones, sort and distribute mail, meeting/conference support, and other requests as needed.
- Utilize MS Office programs to produce documents, presentations, and data sheets for colleagues
- Book rooms, travel, meals, and conference facilities for various personnel and events
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance and call for repairs as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Sort invoices for Accounts Payable department
- Prepare expense reports for office personnel
Qualfications include:
- 1+ year of receptionist and/or admin experience preferred, may consider sharp recent college grad
- Proficient using Microsoft Office programs
- Customer-service mindset with strong communication skills - both wrriten and verbal.
- Analytical and ready to problem-solve, as needed
- Self-aware and adjusts to different situations and audiences
- Must have driers license and willing to complete background check
- High school diploma - some college or degree highly preferred
