Job Description

Financial Additions has a great long-term contract opportunity for a senior accountant with hospitality or commercial real estate experience.  This is an onsite position located near Carrollton, TX.  Quick interview and start with competitive hourly rate!    

Responsibilties include:
  • Manage monthly accounting for assigned portfolio of hotels, including month-end close, and review of AP, AR, reconciliations
  • General ledger management
  • Prepare and provide analysis of monthly financial statements
  • Ensure GAAP compliance
  • Provide audit support for external auditors
Qualifications include:
  • 3+ years as Senior Accountant, 2+ years in commercial real estate or hospitality industry
  • Sage Intacct experience highly preferred
  • Strong Excel skills
  • GAAP compliance experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Bachelors' degree in Accounting or FInance, CPA a plus
