Job Description

Financial Additions  has a great long-term contract (5+ months) for an experienced Accounts Payable processor in Lewisville, Texas.  Growing company is ready to interview and hire in their AP department!  

Duties include:
  • Process high-volume invoices accurately and on-time
  • Research vendor inquires/provide great customer service
  • Provide accurate AP information to be used for month-end close
Qualifications include:
  • 2+ years experience as an Accounts Payable Processor
  • Basis Excel spreadsheet skills
  • Able to quickly and easily learn new software; experience using Lawson or M3 a plus
  • Good communicator and customer-focused
  • Reliable and strong data entry skills
  • HIgh school diploma, some college a plus
