Job Description


Financial Additions has a 2-month HYBRID contract opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Consultant in Dallas.  This position is "hands-on" and reports to the Assistant Controller.  Start date is July 1. Great company with solid accounting team - overtime hours/pay is probable - setting up inierviews now!  

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage daily accounting duties including journal entries, general ledger, AP/AR, reconcilaitions, review financial data, month-end/quarterly close
  • Assist with financial statements and reporting
  • Supervise and review work of team to ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance
  • Provide audit support

Qualfications include:
  • 5+ years as a "hands-on" Accounting Manager
  • Experience supervising a team and revewing work on tight deadlines
  • Tech-savvy with strong Excel and accounting software experience
  • GAAP proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed and well-organized
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or finance - CPA a plus
