What you will do:
Deliver excellent customer service to customers and support the loan underwriting process
Assist with customer inquiries
Ensure loan applications are complete, verify documentation and maintain standards
Maintain communication with all departments regarding application status, loan terms and other requirements
Facilitate the intake of loan applications, ensuring accuracy
Schedule loan closings and inspections
What qualifications you will bring:
3+ years of customer service experience
Experience with Loan Origination REQUIRED
Excellent customer service, business administration and loan operations experience
Ability to manage multiple priories and have strong attention to detail
