Job Description

Financial Additions is searching for an Accounts Payable Lead with supervisory experience for a 6+month contract position in Lewisville.  Great company with lots of growth opportunities!  

Responsibilities include:
  • Supervise and train  AP team - oversee work flow and compliance
  • Full cycle AP  (entering invoices, 3-way match)
  • Ensure timely payments for discounts 
  • Ensure timely response to vendor inquiries - provide assistance in resolution as needed
  • Reconciliations and assist with month-end close 
Requirements include:
  • 2+ years supervising AP staff
  • Thorough understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Tech-savvy - easily learns new software
  • Strong communicator and leadership skills
  • Analytical and good problem-solver
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or similar field preferred
