Financial Additions is searching for an Accounts Payable Lead with supervisory experience for a 6+month contract position in Lewisville. Great company with lots of growth opportunities!
Responsibilities include:
Supervise and train AP team - oversee work flow and compliance
Full cycle AP (entering invoices, 3-way match)
Ensure timely payments for discounts
Ensure timely response to vendor inquiries - provide assistance in resolution as needed
Reconciliations and assist with month-end close
Requirements include:
2+ years supervising AP staff
Thorough understanding of basic accounting principles
Tech-savvy - easily learns new software
Strong communicator and leadership skills
Analytical and good problem-solver
Bachelor's degree in Business or similar field preferred
