Job Description

Financial Additions has a great contract opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist with experience processing freight and international invoices.  This is a fast-paced, in-office position for an excellent energy company located in north Dallas.  There will be opportunities for overtime pay, too.

Duties include:
  • Process freight invoices using BOL, PO and NPO
  • Research and resolve vendor inquiries
  • Process domestic and foreign invoices
  • Data entry of invoices - some may be very lengthy
Requirements include:
  • 2+years in AP role processing freight and international invoices
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good Excel and data entry skills
  • Great communicator and customer-focused 
  • Tech savvy, SAP experience preferred
  • Dependable and punctual
  • High school graduate, some college a plus
