Financial Additions has partnered with a premier company in the Plymouth are in search of a Part Time Purchasing Assistant.

Duties:
  • Establishes and maintains material requisitions and purchase orders for the department.
  • Performs daily administrative duties such as typing, mailing, filing, faxing and distribution of correspondence for Purchasing Management and Purchasing Department.
  • Maintains Central Vendor file database and assists in obtaining supplier information.
  • Maintains catalogue reference library to support buyers and employees.
  • Distributes purchase orders to appropriate departments and codes invoices for payment. •

Qualifications
 
  • 1-2 years of experience in a procurement and/ or accounting environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Word and Excel
