Financial Additions has partnered with a premier company in the Plymouth are in search of a Part Time Purchasing Assistant.
- Establishes and maintains material requisitions and purchase orders for the department.
- Performs daily administrative duties such as typing, mailing, filing, faxing and distribution of correspondence for Purchasing Management and Purchasing Department.
- Maintains Central Vendor file database and assists in obtaining supplier information.
- Maintains catalogue reference library to support buyers and employees.
- Distributes purchase orders to appropriate departments and codes invoices for payment. •
- 1-2 years of experience in a procurement and/ or accounting environment.
- Proficient in MS Office: Word and Excel
