Financial Additions has partnered with a premier company in search of a HR Manager
- Provides guidance to employees, managers and business leaders relative to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and corporate policies and guidelines.
- Provides consultative support to managers in addressing challenges and improving employee performance through coaching and formal performance improvement and development plans.
- Conducts investigations arising from alleged violations of employment practices, policies and/or procedures.
- Advises and consults with employees and managers on policies, procedures and benefits related to workplace safety and health, leaves of absences, FMLA and ADA; oversees leaves of absences for the Region.
- Advises managers regarding the recruitment, onboarding and exiting processes; HR procedures and policy interpretation; employee development and succession planning; workforce planning and design; and the development of job descriptions and market compensation.
- Assists managers with requests for employee reports, including determining data fields, formatting, analyzing and presenting requested data.
- Bachelor’ s degree and minimum of 5 years of related experience
- PeopleSoft knowledge preferred.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-PC/SHRM-SPC) designation preferred.
