Irvine, CA | Staff Augmentation
Financial Additions has partnered with a premier company in the Irvine area in search of a Contract Sr. Staff Accountant.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepares journal entries, performs reconciliations, and performs account analysis.
- Monthly General Ledger close using QuickBooks.
- Accounts Payable check runs (weekly)
- Payroll runs (bi-weekly)
- Reporting – monthly and ad-hoc
- Contracts review and legal entity transition assistance, including
- Audits various records to verify accuracy.
- Prepare and standard recurring and ad-hoc journal entries
- Participate in annual control documentation and testing
- Various filing and other document retention projects
- Produce and test written procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- B.S. Degree in accounting or related field
